Who's behind this?

Before you put your forums in our hands, you'd like to know who we are. The entire project is ruled with an iron hand by an experienced forum administrator.

This is me: I am Ramona or dojo as I am known in some of the biggest forums in the world. I am an active member in many communities (have posted and helped tens of new forums, I have accounts in over 200 communities), I have worked as a moderator or a senior member in some of the biggest ones too. In the last 5 years I was a helping hand in Karate Forums and PhpBB Hacks (2 communities led by one of the best forum admins in my opinion, a young man called Patrick). I have learned a lot from him, he is very experienced and working with him made me realize I love forum management and there are so many things I need to know.

In both forums I had a lot of tricks to be taught and Patrick was a great teacher. This experience let me to other specialized forums and to creating many articles that deal with forum administration.

This increased interest in admining got me into the biggest projects created in this niche: The Admin Zone - TAZ and Admin Fusion, where I was entered into the "premium groups" after some time (senior or adviser ranks) and also earned Forum of the Month titles.

All these communities shaped me as a forum editor and also manager. At this moment the Dojo Design network consists of 14 forums in various niches (web design, forum management - MyBB, blog management, movies, martial arts, women forums, relationship and advice forums, dog related forums, gaming etc.) .. They require a lot of specialized work and I was also able to understand some KEY elements in this business:

• the importance of an open question (no RSS feeds, no news, PURE content, interesting threads that make people discuss them)
• the value of an interesting informative post. A good forum doesn't have "lols" and "cools". A good forum provides high quality messages, they are the ones attracting attention
• a constant effort can "kickstart" a forum, members who are active and their posting is consistent.

And no, I am not alone in this

I have gathered a team of other passionate editors. They are under permanent quality control, I monitor them and reward the best of them. The most important thing for us is to keep you, our client, satisfied with the content.

We all take the job seriously and study your niche (if it's something we are not specialized in. You will receive a very good content because this is what will make your forum succeed.

We cannot promise you huge success with your forums (there is a section about how to maximize the impact our posting has on your forums) since we all need to cooperate (us, you as the admin and the other members), but we can promise excellent quality posts. This is what we know best: good articles and challenging topics. We'll make sure each and every message we post is worth the effort.
